When is the check in & check out?
  • Weekend hire : Friday from 4 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m.
  • Midweek hire: Monday from 4 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.
  • Weekly rentals: day of check-in is negotiable

It is important to respect the check-out time. 
We need time to clean everything for the next tenants.

What is included in the price?

Our rental prices are basically all-in. Even electricity consumption and tourist tax are included. Bed and kitchen linen is also provided. All beds are made on arrival. We do expect you to leave the house swept clean. We take care of the final cleaning.

You must provide your own bath towels.

Should I bring my own bed and bath linen?

The flat is always rented including bed linen. We also make sure the beds are made up on arrival. You the pros, we the cons.

Is there an option for breakfast?

We do not deliver breakfast. There are plenty of catering establishments that will help you with that. 
 

Do you provide additional services?

Do you have additional requirements such as a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge or a beautiful bouquet on the table on arrival?

Yes, we can definitely provide this:

  • 1 bottle of champagne: 40 euros/bottle
  • 1 flower bouquet: 40 euros/bouquet
Are pets allowed?

To ensure a sustainable living environment for all our tenants, we have a strict policy where pets are not allowed in our flats. This policy helps us maintain a clean and peaceful atmosphere.
